Recipe Update: Vindaloo Seasoning Mix

One of our customers recently queried the amount of cream to be used when making our Vindaloo Seasoning Mix.  After reviewing this, we found there’s a typographical error on the last printing of the Vindaloo sachets.  The correct amount of cream to be used when making this spectacular dish is 125ml.  Our thanks to AC in Wexford for highlighting this for us.

If you have any questions about our recipes or suggestions for alternative uses, please send us an E-mail to:  info@kylemoreacres.com.

Birthdays and Barbeques

The 4th of July is a national holiday in the USA celebrating America’s Independence Day.  It’s a day for families and fun and fireworks, along with barbeques and summer foods.  Whether you’re in Boston, Massachusetts or in Boston, Co. Clare, when firing up your barbeque grill this summer, don’t forget to use our Surf & Turf Seasoning Rub that’s a perfect dry rub for beef steaks, chicken breasts or filets, swordfish steaks, and tuna steaks.  There’s also a recipe on the back of every Surf & Turf sachet to use our special mix to make a fantastic marinade that’s so good, you won’t need to add any barbeque sauces.  And like all of our products, Surf & Turf Seasoning Rub is all-natural and gluten-free.

So, Happy Birthday, America!  And many, many thanks to all of our customers, suppliers, retailers, and friends in the USA who’ve been so supportive of Kylemore Acres through the years.
