Recipe Update: Vindaloo Seasoning Mix

One of our customers recently queried the amount of cream to be used when making our Vindaloo Seasoning Mix. After reviewing this, we found there’s a typographical error on the last printing of the Vindaloo sachets. The correct amount of cream to be used when making this spectacular dish is 125ml. Our thanks to AC in Wexford for highlighting this for us.

The 4th of July is a national holiday in the USA celebrating America’s Independence Day. It’s a day for families and fun and fireworks, along with barbeques and summer foods.
