Our products provide healthy alternatives to liven up foods and enhance meals through the manufacture of all-natural gourmet herb and spice food mixes.  To date, Kylemore Acres herb mixes are the only product of its kind manufactured in the West of Ireland.

Kylemore Acres, Ltd. herbs are naturally grown, hand cut and dried quickly for preservation of maximum flavour and essential oils. All dried herbs are stored in conditions best suited for maximum longevity with minimum loss of flavour and colour. All herb mix recipes are originally created, without additives or preservatives, and the products are taste tested until we are satisfied with the results.

Special care is given to the packaging of all Kylemore Acres, Ltd. products. The herbs and seasonings are carefully measured, the bags individually heat sealed, and each product is hand packaged to meet the highest quality assurance standards.

Our Mulling Spices also receive the same attention as our Gourmet Herb Sachets.  Mulling Spices are hand-measured and assembled with the greatest care to ensure you experience a rewarding taste in every sachet used, whether it’s for making mulled wine, fruit compote, mulled spiced tea, mulled apple cider, spicy cranberry punch, or one of our personal favourites – the spiced coffee.  All of these recipes can be found on the booklet that’s included with each box of our 3 large mulling spice sachets.
