2009 Launch of New Products

New Products
Diana’s been busy developing some new products in 2009 as part of her continuing efforts to provide our all-natural gourmet herb sachets as healthy options for discriminating tastes.
Our new Cajun Seasoning Rub packs a classic flavour direct from the bayou and can be used on a variety of meats and fish like chicken filets, salmon, pork chops, and lamb chops. It’s even the right rub to make genuine pan-blackened swordfish.
And then there’s our new Surf & Turf Seasoning Rub designed for use for fish (surf) or meat (turf). This is a fantastic, easy-to-use dry rub that’s excellent on beef steak, lamb steak, swordfish, tuna, shark, or salmon. This is an entirely new all-natural blend of our herbs and spices that makes a great flavour that stands alone against the competition.
The Bridgestone Irish Food Guide
Since we began trading in October 2004, we have been honoured with Bridgestone Awards for 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Read about Kylemore Acres Ltd. in the 2007 Edition of The Irish Food Guide, one of the books from the family of Bridgestone Guides compiled by John and Sally McKenna.
This great handbook is the perfect guide for anyone that wants to know where to find all the best places to eat, shop, and stay in Ireland, along with reviews of other artisan food producers like Kylemore Acres Ltd.
Another Successful Holiday Season in 2008
In our third year of this product, we’re pleased to say that it was more available in retail outlets around Ireland during the 2008 holiday season. These products make great gifts and are an added feature to any hamper.
Have you seen the new packaging we have for our unique Mulling Spices ? You’ll now find our 3 large sachets in an attractive white box with fresh new graphics. What’s more is that you’ll find inside each box a colourful booklet that contains 6 great Holiday Recipes from a unique mulled wine to a yummy spiced coffee.
If you didn’t see them with your local retailer of other Kylemore Acres products, please ask your retailer to stock them for you at Christmas 2009. And don’t forget to ask for our seasonal Turkey Seasoning Rub and our Herb Stuffing Seasoning Mix to make a festive complement to your holiday meal.
